Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDE)
A Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) is conducted to assess a patient’s overall functioning and provide diagnostic clarity. These evaluations help identify appropriate treatment recommendations, interventions, and support services based on the individual’s needs.
Many insurance providers require a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation before authorizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Dr. Lavado provides CDEs that meet the requirements of insurance companies for ABA authorization and treatment planning.
